MPO999 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Online Casino Platform Usage Policy

1 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the MPO999 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet any of these requirements may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be an individual residing in Malaysia with an active Malaysian phone number.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.
• The information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Accounts found to be using false identities will be closed immediately.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. MPO999 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your password being disclosed to a third party.
• MPO999 staff, their immediate family members, and MPO999 business partners are not permitted to register player accounts.
• MPO999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

2 Deposit & Withdrawal

MPO999 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods to make your transactions straightforward. All transactions are processed in MYR only.

Accepted deposit methods at MPO999 include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX internet banking via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. No foreign payment methods are accepted. The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. MPO999 does not charge any fees for deposits.

• Deposits are processed automatically within seconds once the transaction is successfully verified.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5–10 minutes for e-wallets and 1–3 hours for bank transfers.
• Your withdrawal method must match the deposit method you used. For example, if you deposited via Touch 'n Go, your first withdrawal must go back to the same Touch 'n Go account.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the MPO999 member. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• MPO999 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal exceeding RM 5,000.
• If any suspicious activity is detected, MPO999 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending the outcome of an investigation.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on the MPO999 platform.

3 Bonus & Promotions

MPO999 offers a variety of promotions and bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, daily free spins, reload bonuses, and a VIP programme. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions as stated on the Promotions.

• Every promotion carries a rollover requirement that must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover for each promotion is clearly stated on its respective promotions page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by one account per individual, device, phone number, IP address, or residential address. Attempting to claim bonuses across multiple accounts constitutes fraud and may result in account closure.
• MPO999 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any winnings obtained through bonuses claimed fraudulently will be voided in full.
• Some promotions are exclusively for new members. Any attempt by existing members to claim new member promotions is a violation of these terms.
• The bonus period begins from the moment the bonus is credited to your account. Any bonus that expires before its rollover conditions are met will be automatically forfeited.
• MPO999 reserves the right to impose wagering limits while a bonus is active in order to prevent abuse.

4 Game Rules

All games available on MPO999 — including slots, live casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton), e-sports (MLBB, Dota 2), and other games — are subject to each game's specific rules. MPO999 upholds game integrity under all circumstances.

• Game results recorded in the MPO999 system are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of technical issues or internet connectivity failures on the player's end.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, your real-money balance (funds you deposited, excluding bonuses) may be returned after an investigation is completed, depending on the severity of the breach. However, any winnings obtained through unfair means will not be refunded.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting the MPO999 support team. Prior to closure, all active rollover requirements must be fulfilled, or any bonus funds will be forfeited.
